Pressing the feeder hose connector into the drip hose was hard on fingers, even after punching a hole using the provided tool. After a few your finger goes numb. Instead, a simple, small plastic tool to press it down into the drip hose would have been good. I ended up using the cutting-plier spread around the vertical projection and pressing on both the horizontal projections. But one slip would break the vertical connector and that would go to waste. I would have designed a plastic tool with a hole at the center for this purpose.
